Heres another sandwich for you all this week, This time its my favourite way to make cheese on tease with a bit of a twist.
This is by far my new (current) favourite sandwich, and it's super simple.
What you need:
- Toast: using whatever kind of bread you want
- A spicy mustard
- Tomato: thinly sliced
- Cheese: again, whatever you have available or your favourite
To start all your going to do is toast your bread of choice and get the broiler in your over heated up. After the bread is toasted, (lightly) butter that and then spread a thin layer of spicy mustard.
On top of that your going to layer the tomato you thinly sliced then lay out the cheese.
Feel free to crack some pepper over the top before putting it in the oven.
This only takes about 3-5 minutes, but keep an eye on it as not all ovens are the same.
You want to melt the cheese and have it starting to brown.
This is seriously my favourite late night guilt pleasure right now and I hope you all enjoy it!
